What an adventure you two are on! How was sleeping on the train? Is the food good?
Today was a beauty…blue sky and lots of wind! Baby was getting the hang of “floating” but after his “high flier” took himself to bed! Think it scared him! Parents were soaring so effortlessly! D finitely miss you sharing in this adventure, but happy to keep in touch this way! Hugs, Jeannie and Brynn
Missing sharing the photography too! Seen a few birds but too difficult to catch them on a train (or the tour bus – saw a big hummingbird today from the bus)
Food not as good as wed’d hoped. Bit like airline food I’ m afraid but we ate in the Parlour Car yesterday and this morning and, apparently there’s only the dining car on the next train so we’ll see how that goes.
We’re really missing Canada – can’t believe how dirty everywhere is and how unsafe I feel in certain areas.
Food is good but I’m having difficulty eating it with plastic knives and forks! Tonight will be the last night we sleep on the train but have another two journeys after that.
Weather’s been much better than was forecast luckily and we were able to do everything we wanted to.
Shame the weather’s not so good for you. Let’s hope it stays dry for you watching the Eagles.
